Notice of Annual General Meeting

Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the integrated wealth management group, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday 15 December 2021 at the Company's offices at 4th Floor, 10 - 11 Austin Friars, London EC2N 2HG. The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be sent to shareholders later today and will be available on the Company's website www.kingswood-group.com/shareholders.

The Notice of AGM includes a resolution to adopt new articles of incorporation of the Company. The changes introduced by the new articles of incorporation allow the Company to conduct general meetings of the Company by way of electronic communications systems as an alternative to holding meetings in person.

The new articles of incorporation and a comparison version showing the changes from the existing articles of incorporation are available for inspection at the Company's registered office at Mont Crevelt House, Bulwer Avenue, St. Sampson, Guernsey GY2 4LH, on the Company's website www.kingswood-group.com/shareholders, and at the Company's offices at 4th Floor, 10 - 11 Austin Friars, London EC2N 2HG as well as prior to the AGM.
