Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at 25 Argyll Street, London, W1F 7TU, and electronically, on Monday 6 July 2020 at 2pm.

The Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders along with a Form of Proxy and a Form of Instruction for holders of depositary interests.

Copies of the documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
