FISCAL 2015 FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS

HAMILTON, Bermuda, April 25, 2014 - Signet Jewelers Limited ("Signet") (NYSE and LSE: SIG), intends to announce its results for the 13 weeks ended May 3, 2014 at approximately 4:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 27, 2014.
