FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR RESULTS

HAMILTON, Bermuda, March 4, 2013 - Signet Jewelers Limited ("Signet") (NYSE and LSE: SIG), intends to announce its results for the 14 and 53 weeks ended February 2, 2013 at approximately 7:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday, March 28, 2013.
