FISCAL 2014 FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR RESULTS

HAMILTON, Bermuda, March 11, 2014 - Signet Jewelers Limited ("Signet") (NYSE and LSE: SIG), intends to announce its results for the 13 and 52 weeks ended February 1, 2014 at approximately 6:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, March 27, 2014.
