This notice ("Notice") is supplemental to, and should be construed together with the Information Memonrandum dated 18 September 2023 relating to the U.S.$10,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Wells Fargo Bank, National Association and the pricing supplement dated 11 June 2025 relating to the Notes (the "Original Pricing Supplement").

The Issuer hereby gives notice to all Noteholders that the Original Pricing Supplement has been amended and restated (the "Amended and Restated Pricing Supplement") with effect from 24 July 2025.

Specifically, for the purpose of correcting a manifest error, the item "Issue Price" in paragraph 5 contained in "Part A - Contractual Terms" of the Original Pricing Supplement has been deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Terms defined in the Amended and Restated Pricing Supplement have the same meaning when used in this Notice.
