Publication of 2018 Financial Statements and Notice of annual general meeting

IRF European Finance Investments Ltd will hold its annual general meeting on Tuesday 31 March 2020 at the offices of Estera Services (Bermuda) Limited, Victoria Place, 5th Floor 31 Victoria Street Hamilton HM 10, Bermuda at 10am Bermuda time.

The following documents are being posted on 6 March 2020 to its shareholders:

2018 Financial Statements; Notice of AGM; Form of Proxy for the AGM; and Form of Direction for the AGM.

Copies of these documents are available, free of charge, from the Company's registered office at Victoria Place, 5th Floor 31 Victoria Street Hamilton HM 10, Bermuda and the office of Hogan Lovells International LLP at Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FG until the conclusion of the annual general meeting.

A copy of the Notice of AGM has also been published on the Company's website.
