NOTICE OF AGM

ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

Lamprell (ticker: LAM), a leading provider of diversified engineering and contracting services to the onshore and offshore oil & gas and renewable energy industries, announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for 2012 and the Notice of the 2013 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") together with the Form of Proxy. The AGM will be held at 15th Floor, Rolex Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates on Monday, the 27th May 2013 at 10:00 AM (UAE time).

Copies of the documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility via the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Annual Report and Accounts for 2012, the Notice of the 2013 AGM and the Form of Proxy are available for download from the Company's website at www.lamprell.com.
