NOTICE OF AGM

ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

Lamprell (ticker: LAM), a leading provider of diversified engineering and contracting services to the onshore and offshore oil & gas and renewable energy industries, will hold its 2014 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at Level 15, Rolex Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates on Tuesday 10th June 2014 at 10:00 AM (UAE time).

In connection with the AGM, Lamprell will post the Annual Report and Accounts for 2013 and the Notice of 2014 AGM, together with the Form of Proxy, to shareholders shortly. Copies of the documents have been submitted to, and will be available for inspection at, the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility via the National Storage Mechanism, which is accessible through http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Annual Report and Accounts for 2013, the Notice of the 2014 AGM and the Form of Proxy are available for download from the Company's website at www.lamprell.com.
