Further to the Company's results announcement dated 31 January 2019, the Directors of the Company confirm that the Report for the year ended 30 September 2018 was posted to shareholders on 15 February 2019.

The Company also announces that it has posted a notice and proxy to shareholders providing details of the forthcoming AGM to be held at Old Bank Chambers, La Grande Rue, St Martin's, Guernsey on 19 March 2019 at 11am.

Copies of the above mentioned documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
