Publication of documents: 2013 Annual Report and Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting

Further to the preliminary results announcement on 29 April 2014, Huntsworth plc announces that the following documents have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013

· Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting to be held at 29 Cloth Fair, London, EC1A 7NN at 9.30 a.m. on 24 June 2014

· Proxy Form for the 2014 Annual General Meeting

· Scrip dividend circular

The above mentioned documents (except for the Proxy Form) are also available on the Company's website at www.huntsworth.com/Investors and in accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.1R and 9.6.3R a copy of each of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
