Vertu Motors announces today that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Bond Dickinson LLP at St Ann's Wharf, 112 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3DX at 11.00 a.m. on 24 July 2014.
Copies of the Group's Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of AGM and of the form of proxy are being dispatched to shareholders today and are available on the Group's website at www.vertumotors.com.
