Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday 24 May 2017 at the registered office of the Company at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HL.

In connection with this meeting, copies of the Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting & Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders.
