Pantheon Resources plc - Notice of AGM
Pantheon Resources plc (the "Company"), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration company active in the Gulf of Mexico, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP, 5th Floor, One America Square, Crosswall, London EC3N 2SG on Monday 15th December 2008 at 1.00 p.m.
