Xchanging plc announces that the 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at Xchanging, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London, EC4N 8AQ on Thursday 14 May 2015 at 9:30 a.m.

The Notice of AGM and the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2014 have been posted to shareholders.
