Great Eastern Energy Corporation Limited (LSE: GEEC), the fully integrated, leading Indian Coal Bed Methane (CBM) company, is pleased to announce that it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of the Company on July 12, 2012, at the Company's Registered Office - M‐10, ADDA Industrial Estate, Asansol ‐713 305, West Bengal.
