The Company is pleased to confirm that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.00 am on Monday 9 December 2019 at the offices of Macquarie, Ropemaker Place, 28 Ropemaker Street, 11th Floor, London EC2Y 9HD.

The Company's Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2019, Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Proxy form have been mailed to shareholders today. In accordance with paragraph 9.6.1 of the FCA Listing Rules, a copy of the Annual Report, AGM Notice and Proxy form have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
