Notice of Annual General Meeting

r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment company, today announces that it has posted to shareholders notice of its Annual General Meeting to take place on Thursday 19 June 2014 at 2:30pm at Wellington House, 125 Strand, London WC2R 0AP.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2013 has been posted to shareholders. In accordance with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, an electronic copy of the Notice of AGM and the Annual Report and Accounts is available on the Company's website at www.r4e.com.
