Trapoil (AIM:TRAP), the independent oil and gas exploration, appraisal and production company focused on the UK Continental Shelf ("UKCS") region of the North Sea, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in respect of its financial year ended 31 December 2013 will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday, 29 May 2014 at the offices of Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy are now available to download from the Company's website at www.trapoil.com and have today been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive hardcopy shareholder communications from the Company.
