Phytopharm announces the publication of its Notice of its Annual General Meeting for 2012. The Meeting will be held on 27 March 2012 at 10.30 a.m., at FTI Consulting Limited, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB.

Copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be available on the Company's website www.phytopharm.com and have been filed with the UKLA's National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
