The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Lefebvre Place, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, 16 May 2016.

The Circular and Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Circular and Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website http://www.jlif.com.
