STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider, announces that the Company's statutory accounts, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting, will be posted to shareholders today and are available on the Company's website (www.stmgroupplc.com).
The Annual General Meeting is due to be held at STM's offices, 1st floor, 21 Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 3TP, on 22 August 2023 at 11:00 am (UK time).
