Shareholders are hereby advised that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company is to be held on Friday, 17 November 2017 at the IAG offices, Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3RH at 11.00 a.m. (UK time).

The Notice of the Annual General Meeting as well as the Proxy form to be used by both South African and United Kingdom shareholders at the AGM can be accessed on the Company's website at www.centralrandgold.com. The Company's audited Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 was published on 16 October 2017.
