LiteBulb (AIM: LBB), the provider of innovative product solutions from identification through to retail distribution, announces that the Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy will be posted to its shareholders today and will also be available on the Company's website shortly: http://www.litebulbgroup.com/ .
The AGM will be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP at 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG on 23 December 2013 at 9.30 a.m.
