Notice of AGM
On 24 March 2017 Aggreko PLC announced that notice of its 2017 annual general meeting was being made available to shareholders that day. Note 8 to the notice of annual general meeting explained that in order to be entitled to attend and vote at the annual general meeting members must be registered in the register of members at 5.00 pm on a particular date. The date specified was Tuesday 26 April 2016 which was incorrect, and which should have been Tuesday 25 April 2017.
The notice of annual general meeting with the correct date can be viewed or downloaded at Aggreko PLC's website at http://ir.aggreko.com/investors.aspx and will shortly be available from the National Storage Mechanism, which can be accessed at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
