Westside Acquisitions plc, the AIM listed investment vehicle, announces that the Company's Report and Accounts have been amended and that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will now be held at the offices of AH Montpelier at 58-60 Berners Street, London W1T 3JS at 11.00 a.m. on 6 July 2010.
