PHOENIX GROUP HOLDINGS 2014 Annual Report and Accounts and 2015 Annual General Meeting Phoenix Group Holdings (the "Company") has today posted to shareholders the following documents:
· 2014 Annual Report and Accounts
· Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting
· Form of Proxy and Form of Instruction for the 2015 Annual General Meeting
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each of these documents has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 32 Commercial Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3RU on Thursday 23 April 2015 at 1.00pm (British Summer Time).
