Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members of the Company and the Register of Transfer of Shares will remain closed from 5th August, 2008 to 22nd August, 2008, both days inclusive, for the purpose of holding the Annual General Meeting which will be held on 22nd August, 2008, at Kolkata.
The dividend that may be declared by the Company will be paid on or after 25th August, 2008, to those members of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members as on 5th August, 2008. In respect of shares held in electronic form, the dividend will be payable to the beneficial owners of the shares as on beginning of 5th August, 2008 as per details that the Depositories would provide for this purpose.
