Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at The Great Hall, Plaisterers' Hall, One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5JU at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 29 May 2012.

Lonrho has today posted to shareholders and, in accordance with LR 9.6.1.R, has submitted to the National Storage Mechanism printed copies of the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy, which will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
