Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that it has today published its 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the '2021 AGM Notice') on its website.
The 2021 AGM Notice together with the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts will today be sent to shareholders and are also available to view on the Company's website at https://investors.vivoenergy.com/shareholder-information/AGM-Information.
The Company's AGM is due to be held at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel, 239 Vauxhall Bridge Road, Pimlico, London SW1V 1EQ, United Kingdom on Tuesday, 18 May 2021 at 2:00 p.m. We continue to closely monitor the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak in the United Kingdom and how it may affect the arrangements for this year's AGM. Further details are provided in the Chairman's letter within the Notice of Meeting and a dedicated section of our website https://investors.vivoenergy.com/shareholder-information/agm-information has been established where we will provide updates on our AGM plans should that be necessary.
