RapidCloud International Plc (AIM: RCI), the enterprise cloud computing services and web-solutions provider based in Southeast Asia, announces that the Third Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Unit B-9-9, Capital 2, Oasis Square, No 2 Jalan PJU 1A/7A, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia on 27 July 2016 at 10am GMT. The Notice of AGM has been posted to Shareholders.
