Chippenham, UK, 28 August 2012: Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) ("Vectura") today gives notice of the following:

·; The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2012 will be held on Tuesday, 18 September 2012 at the offices of Olswang LLP, 90 High Holborn, London WC1V 6XX, commencing at 12.00 noon.

·; Copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders. These documents are available on the Investor Centre page of the Company's web site at www.vectura.com.

·; In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the AGM documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
