ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
SALE OF FREEHOLD PROPERTY
Alternative Networks announces that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.00 am on Monday 25 January 2010 at their offices in 56 Chatfield Road, London, SW11 3UL.
In addition, the Group announces that it has today completed on the sale of its surplus freehold offices at 27-33 Burr Road, London SW18 5JU, which were previously acquired with its acquisition of Echo in 2007. The consideration received by the Group amounted to £725,000.
