Further details along with the2008 AGM Notice and the 2007 Annual Report, which have been mailed toshareholders, are now available on the Sopheon website at www.sopheon.com.In addition, in line with the provisions of the European Union TransparencyDirective, which are applicable for accounting periods starting on or after 20January 2007, Sopheon intends to issue its first Interim Management Statementon 15 May 2008.
