NOTICE OF 2010 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The notice of the 2010 annual general meeting has now been released and can be found on our website, www.lloydsbankinggroup.com.
As announced on 22 March 2010, Dr Wolfgang Berndt has informed the Group of his intention to retire from the Board at the Group's 2010 annual general meeting. Accordingly, resolution 4(a) which appears in the notice of the 2010 annual general meeting and form of proxy will be withdrawn at the meeting.
Copies of the notice and form of proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's document viewing facility, which is situated at:
