Notice of Annual General Meeting
iEnergizer Limited (AIM: IBPO.L), the technology services and media solutions leader for the digital age, is pleased to advise that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at Mont Crevelt House, Bulwer Avenue, St Sampson, Guernsey, GY2 4LH on 10th August 2018 at 12.30 pm.
The Notice of Meeting and the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31st March 2018 will be dispatched to all shareholders by post on 23rd July 2018. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is also available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.iEnergizer.com.
