Notice of Annual General Meeting

Brave Bison, the social media and marketing group, announces that notice convening the Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") for 11am on 27 May 2021 at 79-81 Borough Road, London, England, SE1 1DN was yesterday posted to shareholders who requested hard copies.

The notice of AGM will shortly be available from the Company's website at  https://bravebison.io/investors/.

COVID-19 & AGM attendance

In light of current public health advice and the social distancing measures currently and anticipated to be in place, external shareholders (i.e. shareholders who do not also hold office as a director of the Company) are prohibited from attending the AGM in person. The Company will be providing a conference call link to enable shareholders to follow proceedings of the meeting. All shareholders are encouraged to use these facilities should they wish to follow the progress of the meeting. Any shareholders who wish to listen to the meeting by such means, should contact the Company Secretary prior to the day of the meeting at [email protected] in order to request conference dial-in details. Shareholders may also wish to submit questions in advance via e-mail to the Company Secretary on the above email address. The Company will endeavour to respond to questions raised directly, or by publishing responses on our website.
