Notice of Annual General Meeting 2012
Ocado Group plc ("Ocado") has today submitted to the Financial Services Authority's national storage mechanism its notice of annual general meeting 2012 and the proxy form for the annual general meeting (as required by Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3).
The notice of annual general meeting and proxy form for the annual general meeting are available on Ocado's website: www.ocadogroup.com.
These documents will also be available for viewing at the Financial Services Authority's national storage mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do and/or www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/.
Ocado's annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday 23 May 2012 at 11 a.m., at One Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YY.
