The Company announces that it has posted to shareholders its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 October 2009, together with a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting for 29 April 2010 at 11:00 at the offices of Seymour Pierce, 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7EN.
