Notice of AGM and Report and Accounts
PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS" or the "Company") the specialist Spend Control software provider, announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2011 have been sent to shareholders along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). Copies of both documents are also available from the Company's website www.proactis.com
The AGM will be held at Riverview Court, Castle Gate, Wetherby, LS22 6LE on Monday 19 December 2011 at 9.30 am.
