Annual General Meeting

ASOS plc ("the Company") is pleased to confirm that its Annual General Meeting for the five month period to 31 August 2012 will be held at 2pm on 25 February 2013 at The College Group, The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London, EC3N 4QN.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Proxy Card have now been posted to shareholders. The Annual Report and Accounts for the five month period to 31 August 2012 were posted to shareholders in November 2012.

Copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report and Accounts for the five month period to 31 August 2012 are available on request from the Company at its register office at Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London, NW1 7FB.
