Notice of Annual General Meeting and posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Raven Russia confirms that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 1 September 2009 at the Company's registered offices, Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3ST. The Notice of AGM was posted to shareholders on Friday 7 August 2009.
Raven Russia also announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 were posted to shareholders on Friday 7 August 2009. They will also be made available on the Company's website www.ravenrussia.com.
