Minoan Group Plc, the AIM listed Travel and Leisure Group announces that the Company's annual general meeting will be held at the offices of Seymour Pierce Limited, 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7EN on 30 April 2012 at 11.30 a.m.
The Report and Financial Statements for the 13 months ended 31 October 2011, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, will be available on the Company's website today and will be posted today to those shareholders who elected to continue to receive hard copy communication from the Company.
