GlaxoSmithKline plc issued its Notice of Annual General Meeting at 2.30pm (UK) today, 26 March 2012.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Thursday 3 May 2012 at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE.

A copy of the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
