Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Kimberly Enterprises N.V., the AIM-listed Central and Eastern European property developer (KBE:L), today announces that it has posted to its shareholders a notice of an AGM to be held on Monday the 22nd of February 2016 at 10.00 a.m. at the Company's registered office at 71 HS Laurierstraat, 1016PJ Amsterdam. The AGM is being held, inter alia, in order to seek approval for the appointment of Ms Ayelet Naim-Levanon, CPA, as a Director of the Company and to approve the unconsolidated statutory accounts of the Company.

Ms. Ayelet Naim-Levanon, aged 40, has been Chief Financial Officer at Engel Resources and Development Limited since 2014. Ms. Naim-Levanon served as Vice President at Jerusalem Economy Ltd. She holds Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Matters for disclosure under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules with respect to the appointment of Ms Naim- Levanon as a director of Kimberly are as follows:
