Copies of the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting 2012, together with the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements 2012 and Annual Review and Summary Financial Statement 2012, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
