Further to the preliminary results announcement on 21 March 2017, Huntsworth plc, the international healthcare communications and public relations group, announces that the following documents have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016;

· Notice of Annual General Meeting 2017 to be held at the offices of Citigate Dewe Rogerson Limited, 3rd Floor, 3 London Wall Buildings, London Wall, London, EC2M 5SY at 12 noon on Thursday 25 May 2017;

· Proxy Form for the 2017 Annual General Meeting;

· Scrip dividend circular.

The above mentioned documents (except for the Proxy Form) are also available on the Company's website at www.huntsworth.com/Investors. In accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.1R and 9.6.3R, a copy of each of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
