Albemarle & Bond Holdings PLC, a Specialist Retail Financial Services Provider confirms that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held at 11.00am on Friday 16 November 2012 at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, 8th Floor, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QR.

The Company has today posted printed copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM to shareholders. Shareholders who have opted to receive the Annual Report electronically will only receive the Notice of AGM.
