Synergy Health plc announces that it has posted to shareholders both its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2013 and the Notice of its Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 am on 25 July 2013 at Investec Bank plc, 2 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP.
