30 June 2011 iPoint Media Plc ("iPoint Media" or the "Company") Notice of AGM and Publication of Annual Report

iPoint Media announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company has been called for 10:30 a.m. on 26 July 2011 at the offices of Haysmacintyre, Fairfax House, 15 Fulwood Place, London WC1V 6AY. The notice of AGM has been sent to shareholders of the Company.

The Company also announces that the annual report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010 has been posted to shareholders.
